10 – Optionals and accessories
There are several useful accessories that make metal forming quicker and easier. Here are a few:

Barcode reader: allows scanning codes printed on the blank or on production papers to automatically load bending programs from the CNC or from company servers. It is also useful to update the job status in real time.

Wireless foot pedal: eliminating the hassle of cables on the floor.

Syner-G Remote Control: Tool clamping, GPS4 settings, and backstop parking at your fingertips.

Edge Banding Table: Folds the edges of the sheet to make them stronger and less sharp.

Tandem configuration: Instead of a single, larger bending machine, you can use two to four machines at the same time.

The main advantage is that you can use them individually when you have to bend shorter workpieces, thus increasing the overall capacity.

Driver strip: a colored LED strip to assist the operator during tool setting and bending using multiple stations.

Robot Integration: Automated production for efficient bending of high-volume products.

Telelink: Available by default on X-Press press brakes, Telelink allows remote CNC updating and setup, program loading and editing, troubleshooting, and telemetry to help resolve technical issues.

Matrix Variable Tooling: CNC-controlled lower tooling with variable tooling openings that can be adapted to bend materials. Helps reduce tooling time and risk of injury.
