Auto Duct Production Line 2

Full Auto Duct Coil Production Line 2 consists of material feeding frame, leveler grooving roller, hydraulic notching and shearing part. The electric is controlled by computer. This control system has loop feedback system, with higher manufacturing precision and stability. The maximum work speed is 16m/min. The length tolerance is ±0.5mm. The diagonal tolerance is ±0.8mm. Line 2 be not only be used for duct production but also for TDF (transverse duct snap flange system.)Combining with lock former machine,duct bender and TDF roll former , the duct manufacture auto line can produce high quality ducts ,also could be use for de-coiling .

Basic configuration:

*1 power metal feeding frame

*One leveler grooving roller machine

*Four Hydraulic notch and die

*Hydraulic Shearer

*Industrial computer and specific software.

Manual operation

1.Fixed size cut metal that can be used with a plasma cutting machine

2. a. Punch “c” “s” inserting cleat notch can be used with “C” cleat and “s” insert flange machine.

b. Due to different connecting methods can be used with TDF flange machines and TDF connecting machines.
