Auto Duct Coil Production Line III is one of the most popular HVAC Auto duct line on the market. Its multi-functional performance can attend to the desire of different square duct fabrication. It can not only complete normal uncoiling, shearing, grooving, and bending but also can be used through two different sets of Notcher moulds on both sides to complete the production of pre-TDF and Pre TDC ductwork in, from a 1.5mm thickness GI flat plate can be processed into L shape or mouth shape, also has model to suit 1250mm width and 1550mm material width feeding.

Main components of the machine：
Un-coiler: 2 un-coiler in one stand, each un-coiler can bear the weight of 8T GI galvanized sheet.
PLC/HMI/Touch Screen: Fatek, Mitsubishi, Siemens.
Electrical components: Schneider
Software: Duct software developed by Fengli duct machine.
TDF punching side hole (optional) : side hole of TDF flange.
Grooving/Leveling parts: It can finish the leveling and groove on the flat sheet metal. The rib is in the shape of five parallel grooves. Our factory selects high-quality materials for heat treatment that meet the steel plate thickness of 1.5mm . A shape with a five-line groove and angles can be formed at one time so that the formed plate greatly increases the hardness of the steel shape.
Hydraulic Notching Parts: Provide V and Square Notching
Hydraulic Shearing Parts: can be cut according to the actual duct requirements by Software.
Hydraulic Bending Part: can be folded according to the actual duct requirements by Software.
