Auto Duct Production Line 4

Full Auto Duct Coil Production Line IV consists of coiler frames, leveling, grooving, hydraulic angle punching and notching, cutting, Pittsburgh lock former, feeding table, duplex TDF flange former and duplex angle-iron flange former. The whole line is CNC control. The loop feedback system assures high precision and nice stability. Comparing with full auto line V, line IV is cost-effective and occupies less space. It is suitable for TDF, TDC, angle-iron production while matched with one more hydraulic TDF folder. The maximum work speed is 16m/min. The diagonal line tolerance is ±0.5mm.
