Auto Duct Production Line 5

Auto Duct Coil Line V is one of the Flagship duct fabrication machines in the past few years, with a linear structure, production time can reach to compete 150mm L shape within 1min. This production line is easy to operate, has stable performance and has precise cutting. Fengli duct line V is mainly being used to complete the TDF flange/Right-angle flange former (For Angle-iron Flange) or Drive cleat (optional) under the process of Uncoiling, leveling, Grooving, Notching, Cutting, Pittsburgh lock forming, TDF flange forming, Angle-iron flange forming and Auto folding, all processes will be finished just by input the dimensions of the duct from the HMI panel. also has a different model to suit 1250mm width and 1550mm coil material width feeding and 1.2/1.5mm thickness ductwork.

Main components of the machine
1. Un-coiler: 4 un-coiler in two stands, each un-coiler can bear the weight of 8T GI galvanized sheet.
2. PLC/HMI/2*Touch Screen: Fatek, Siemens.
3. Electrical components: Schneider
4. Grooving/Leveling parts: It can finish the leveling and groove on the flat sheet metal. The rib is in the shape of five parallel grooves. Our factory selects high-quality materials for heat treatment,which can meet the steel plate thickness of 1.5mm. A shape with a five-line groove and angles can be formed at one time so that the formed plate greatly increases the hardness of the steel shape.
