Product Description

Hycules hydraulic swing beam shearing machine with E21S has an all-steel welded structure and comprehensive treatment (vibration aging, heat treatment) to remove internal stresses, resulting in excellent rigidity and stability. Precision sliding guides are used to eliminate guide gaps, resulting in high shearing quality. The E21S system is easy to operate.

Stress Analysis & Finite Element Analysis

The CAE software SOLIDWORKS analyzes the linear static construction, stress, and deformation for press break and laser cutting machine frames. So FEA makes sense for complicated structures, highly complex loading, transient modeling, and a combination of the above.

Back Gauge System

The high-speed ball screw back gauge system movement is also supported with linear guides, which helps the back gauge achieve long life, greater sensitivity and strengthens against any collisions.
