A windpipe is a straight pipe without a manual mechanism. The main purposes are as follows:

•  Air, including ventilation, such as air supply and exhaust; the range is very wide, such the factory workshop and the production site need to be discharged due to outdoor air and harmful gas and must be transported to the indoor-outdoor air. Then it is necessary to use large flow and low-pressure air delivery pipe; a spiral duct is the most suitable; use galvanized iron pipe in general, corrosive and wet places stainless steel tube.
• To send cold air. The most common is the central air-conditioning pipe; this pipe needs to add heat preservation material.
•  Hood Hotel, restaurant, and hotel kitchen have a lot of fumes that need to discharge, using a circular duct is the fume chimney. Here, the spiral duct is called the fume pipe.
• Dust removal. There are many factories in the production workshop with a lot of dust, and need for specialized dust removal devices, in which the airflow is larger, can be used in a spiral duct.
• Bulk material transport. In some factories, the production process needs to transport loose particles, particularly the proportions of small, such as foam plastic particles, as the use of a low-cost, good effect.
