U Shape Auto Duct Production Line 5

U Shape Full Auto Duct Coil Production Line V is our latest auto duct line. With U type structure, it covers less space and reduce time of plate passing which achieves the productivity of each duct into twenty to twenty-three seconds. This full-auto line can complete the following processing once time: leveling, grooving, hydraulic notching and punching , size-fixed cutting, Pittsburgh lock forming, TDF flange forming, angle-iron flange forming and auto folding. It can produce three types of ducts: “L” shape, “U” or “square” shape. This line features high automation, high efficiency, low labor cost and less materials usage.

Basic parts:
