Anyone who buys a Hycules machine can enjoy the installation service anytime after receiving the machine. Our engineers have rich experience in foreign customer service and have served many countries.
Debugging is also a very important part of after-sales service. Our experienced technicians are fully staffed to facilitate the commissioning process. They will help customers set relevant parameters into the controller system according to the product size.
After that, our technicians will try out the machines until the final product is finished. Our engineers will make sure that the machine runs well and all settings are done in the right way.
Regarding the cost, the customer only bears the air ticket and accommodation for each engineer. Salary will be negotiated before the engineer leaves China.
